Remember: the best way to consume cocoa is dissolved in hot or cold water or milk.
1 to 2 ounces, 2 or 3 times a week are recommended.
12.8 ounces non fat dry milk powder
7 1/2 ounces Cocoa Powder
2 cups confectioners sugar
3 ounces powdered nondairy creamer
In a large bowl, combine the four ingredients; mix well.
To prepare hot chocolate:
Place 1/4 cup mix in a mug; stir in 3/4 cup boiling water until blended.
You can add vanilla extract and cinnamon extract.
