Classic Brownies

Brownies are often among the first recipes for many children. With our homemade recipe, the whole family will enjoy a delicious taste, and these brownies are rich, full of chocolate flavor, fudgy and moist.

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tea spoon baking powder
1/4 tea spoon salt

1. Preheat the oven to 350℉. Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt; gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended. Spread the butter evenly into the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
You can use aluminum foil to keep food moist, cook it evenly and clean up easier.
